Through hard work and dedication, we at Midstate Toyota would like to show you some of our numerous customers and the great things they have had to say about our dealership.
Midstate Toyota
I had the best car buying experience ever at Midstate Toyota yesterday. We bought a 2015 Tundra. I have been working with Shauna East on line for several days. Midstate Toyota had the best price on this truck that we could find within 200 miles. The dealership and especially Shauna were and absolute pleasure to work with. She we above and beyond. She expedited the process and we were only at the dealership 2 hours that included a test drive! Even after we took delivery Shauna was still walking around the truck making sure everything on the truck was up to her satisfaction.

This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I no longer dread car shopping as long as we can get it from Midstate Toyota!

The price and customer service are unmatched and we never felt pressured!

Above and Beyond!
I wanted a Corolla and found one at Mid-State. Contacted their Internet department and worked with Shauna. We did everything online and she had the car delivered to us with paperwork. We didn't even step into the dealership once. Above and Beyond car buying experience.

Outstanding Customer Service-5 Stars
We contacted your Internet Department and had the pleaseure of speaking to a young lady Shauna East. She made my experience very simple and easy as I set up an appointment for a Test Drive. I will defenitly share her name and your dealership with my Family and Friends who may be interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Thanks Again Miss East

Best place to buy a Toyota
The best car hands down is a Toyota. I've worked as a mechanic for 35 years including owning my own business. The best place to buy a Toyota is Midstate in Asheboro. I have purchased one each from the other dealers but have just purchased my fifth Toyota from Midstate. You cannot beat the customer attention from the sales team, parts department or the service department. The 2014 Camry is the best car that my wife and I have ever had. We will be back again for another Toyota.

Rick Parsons
We just purchased our fourth vehicle from Rick Parsons and had a great experience. He doesn't make you feel pressured and has all the answers to your questions. My wife and I recommend him highly.

Best Salesman in the Triad/Piedmont
Over the past 3 weeks, I have been to numerous car lots, trying to find just the right car, at just the right price. Midstate Toyota beats all the others, hands down with their lifetime power train warranty! Rick Parsons is the best salesman I have EVER worked with. He provides superior service and goes above and beyond what is required. He is not your typical pushy salesman - just kind, helpful and efficient.

Midstate is where you want to start
I have been a part of American automotive business for over 50 years as a supplier, purchaser of more than 150 vehicles, racer, and engineer; out of more than 100 dealers I have dealt with only a handful are ones worth doing business more than once. Midstate Toyota joins that group. If you decide on a Toyota, Midstate is where you want to start if you want to save time – and money.
Additionally, I recommend Frank Anderson, Midstate’s internet sales, for his knowledge of the buying process, loans and all; that means you get immediate attention rather than most internet sales that merely introduce you to running about the dealership. Out of 7 dealers I approached to buy my PrissC, 2 were eliminated for no response and 3 more for inadequate response. Why would any dealership have ‘internet salespeople’ if they had no idea what they sell or how to buy a car? Fortunately, I found Frank.

PS I purchased a Geo Metro XFi and drove it happily for 200,000 miles getting 50 mpg and costing less than 9 cents per mile including all costs; I miss that little gem.
So I got a PrissC to repeat. Course the Geo weighed 1800 lb and the PrissC 2500 and the little Toyota has a ton of government handicaps to save the planet where the Geo had none. Still, the PrissC is more comfortable and safer, too.  Progress.

PPS yes the Prius C2 is pronounced Prissy, as in PriusC for those of us raised on 600 hp Yenko Chevelle SS. Back then , though, gas cost 39 cen ...more
